How It Works

If you received a letter from me recently, it means I am interested in your property.

If you have been thinking about selling your home but would prefer to work directly with a buyer like myself, simply contact me.

Ideally what happens next is I come and take a tour of your entire property and view the inside of your home to get a better understanding of its layout and condition.

After my tour, if I am still interested in buying your property, we can discuss the value of your home and come up with a fair price for both of us. I am ready to pay current market value for your home.

Once we agree on a price, I will submit my offer to you directly and if you approve and agree, we will enter into an agreement with specific subjects and terms and conditions that work for both of us.

For example, my offer would be subject to a typical home inspection, and together we would agree on closing dates as well.

I am very flexible and we can arrange for things like extended closing dates (meaning I don’t actually purchase your property until you’re absolutely ready to make your move, even it that happens to be a year or two from now).

Selling your home without a real estate agent involved could work in your favor if you’ve been wanting to sell but don’t necessarily want to pay realtor commissions. It also avoids you having to have a bunch of strangers walking through your property, and avoids you having to declutter and tackle those minor renovations in order for your home to be “perfect” for marketing purposes.

Simply put, selling your home privately can save you a lot of time, hassle and money.
