How does it work if I am already working with a realtor?

I am not wanting to interfere with any existing realtor you are already working with. You can have them call me on your behalf.

What type of price can you offer me?

I can offer you fair market value for your property after I have it professionally inspected and do my own due diligence.

Can I have my own lawyers review the contract before signing anything?

Of course.

Can you help me find a new home to live in once I sell you mine?

No. I am not a licensed realtor and therefore cannot assist you with this. I can, however, offer to rent the home back to you until you find your next home.

I’m ready to sell, but not ready to move. Can we still work together?

Definitely. You can stay in your property for as long as you need to, either by renting it back from me, or opting for an extended closing date, meaning I don’t take possession of your property until you are ready.

How did you come across my property and why do you want it so badly?

You received a letter from me because you live in a neighbourhood I view as being desirable, or one that I believe has up and coming potential. I’m conducting a search for my family in addition to looking for investment opportunities. However, I am only looking at homes in neighbourhoods I can picture myself living.

How many properties have you already bought and sold?

As of 2021, I am just starting my search and am selective in which properties I want to take on. I am a one-person operation and am not in business in flipping dozens of homes in a short time. Therefore, not many!
