Hi, I’m Kenneth Silva. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about me.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I have spent the last 20 years working as a general carpenter, working on brand new builds and home renovations. After two decades of working on houses, I am now shifting gears towards real estate holdings.

I established K. Silva Properties Ltd. in 2021 to assist home owners in there next chapter in their life. Moving can be difficult especially if you have spent a significant amount of time in your family home. Working with myself as the direct Buyer of your home would ensure that your home will be taken care of and your transition will be smooth.

I consider myself a people person who prefers to meet property owners face to face, and get to know the stories behind the properties I am invited to. This way I can feel the owner’s passion for their home and property. Often times working with real estate agents a lot of stuff happens behind the scenes and the Buyers and Sellers never get to meet which is where I can make the difference in the transaction.

So what happens next?

It’s a simple process where we set up a meeting. I’ll come to your home for an evaluation and we will do a walk-through together, ensuring there are no visible issues such as roof, foundation, or structural problems.

Next, with your permission, I’ll take pictures of each room, hot water tank, heating supply, electric panel, and more for my personal reference. At this time it would be good to know if there has been any recent renovations or updates to your home in the past.

Once I’ve researched the property and the house, then we can work together to come to a mutually acceptable price and move forward. I’ll be quick and efficient with my inspection and appraisal. The subjects will be limited or sometimes completely unconditional, and depending on some terms, there are options to rent back to ease the transition to your new home.
